Difference between "come" and "come around"

Hello! Can somebody explain me what is the meaning and usage difference between "come" and "come around"?

So if I have the sentance "I guess you just came around in good time" it's means that somebody comes back to somebody? (in context this is not means that somebody have been unconscious)

"I guess you just came around in good time" - This would mean that you gained your consciousness at the right moment or you just changed your decision to agree with the other person".

If you refer to as Somebody comes back to something, then the sentence would read as "I guess you came in at a good time".
