Difference between can and will be able in conditional sentence

Hello, what is the difference between:

"If it's sunny tomorrow we can go fishing together" and "If it's sunny tomorrow we will be able to go fishing tomorrow"

I have some understanding about the difference between "can" and "will be able" concerning the future but here I can't figure it out.
