Difference between "any time" , "every time" and "whenever"

I guess there's some difference between them, though the meanings are not so much different from each other. Would anyone please exlain? I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

"Any time" and "whenever" are sometimes used for a one-time event which is expected to happen, and "every time" is not. Whenever / Any time you're ready to join the club, just give me a call. Every time she gets a headache she stays home from work!
