Difference between?

Hye everyone! could you help me by telling the difference between these sentences?
1-Maybe he doesn't do it.
2-Maybe he should not do it.
3-Maybe he don't do it.
According to me the first means that "he doesn't do it" (in the present) and the other two sounds to me in the future.Am I right?
Thanks!

I have corrected you on this already, silak: please start spelling 'Hi' correctly. If you do not take correction, then there is no point in our using our time offering it to you. -- Non-past: any time 2-Maybe he should not do it.
