Difference bet two sentences.

Hello All,

Once i sent the mail to my clients.I want to again re-confirm that the mail has been sent properly or not. Which is the currect way to ask? I am confused that which one is the correct?

1. Did you get my mail?

2. Have you received my mail.

Please provide me the answer.

you want to send the mail to your clients, so it should be formal and the Second one is more formal and grammatically correct
