Difference

Are these sentences mean the same? If not, what's the difference in their meanings?

I have done my study. Now I'm sleeping.

Thanks in advance.

sundarnazI'm done with studying.

It implies that you do not like studying and you are not going to do it anymore.

sundarnazNow I'm sleeping.

This is unlikely, unless you talk in your sleep.

sundarnazI have done my study.

We don't use "study" that way.
