Difference?

This luggage is quite similar to that.
This luggage is quite similar to that one.

Which sentence is grammatically correct? I think second one is correct but I'm not so sure for the first sentence. What do you think?

'luggage' is uncountable, so it can't be referred to as 'one'. When you write just 'that', you mean This luggage is quite similar to that (luggage), and that's OK.
