difference

Dear members of the Forum,

Is there any difference in the meaning of the underlined words in the following sentences?

- She tends to be nervous before her lecture.
- She is inclined to be nervous before her lecture.

Could you please tell me if there're any other words which can be used as a substitute for 'tend to' or 'to be inclined to'?

Thank you.
