has and have are both present tense, been is the past participle.

has been/have been are both present perfect usage.

However, one uses 'have been' with first person (I), 2nd person (you), and plural 3rd person (they, we, two people...)

has been with 3rd person singular (he, she, it, Jack...)

was- past tense for singular 3rd person

Has- is a 3rd person form of "have". He has a sports car.

Have - is a verb as well as a helping verb (sometimes called auxiliary word). i.e. I have fishing boat.They have a big house.
