Difference

There's a cultural difference. Or

There are cultural differences.

Which should I use if I was in a foreign country and want to say that there's a cultural difference between my home and the country I'm in now.

Thank you.

In my estimation when you say there is a cultural difference you probably refer to one difference Hence "There are cultural differences" sounds fine.
