Difference

Can someone suggest me how to use "Have been" and "to have been"? I want to know the difference

Present perfect continuous:
I have been waiting for you for 3 hours, where have you been?

Future perfect continuous.
You are going to have been waiting for me for 3 hours when the train finally arrives.
