Like if I say I quickly rush for my office. Is is right?

Also, one more thing I've often heard people saying Stop Creeping or Don't creep. What does that mean?

Rushing is moving quickly, so you don't need quickly.

I don't have any idea what "Stop creeping" or "Don't creep" means. Can you add anything more about the situation in which you heard it used?
