Difference

what is the difference between these two sentences. I lost my keys and I have lost my keys. yes one from is Past simple and second from Present perfect tense. can u tell me any more difference?

The difference is in the way the speaker is thinking about the key-losing event. If the speaker considers the event finished and is merely recalling something that happened, he will use I lost my keys. If the event still has relevance to the speaker -- for example, he may still be looking for the lost keys, he will use I've lost my keys .
