Differ in meaning?

"Two minutes. I just have to go to the bathroom."

"You need to wait"(1)/"You'll need to wait"(2)/"You have to wait."(3)/"You'll have to wait."(4)

"I can't."

"You have to. We need to go now. We can't be late."

Do the four options differ in meaning or are they basically the same? Please list them in order starting with the one which would be used more often? Thank you a lot.
