Differ from each other... GRAMMAR

There are three different buildings on university's campus namely Frontennac, Prescott and Lanark. If I want to ask university's official about the major difference among them would it be okay to say,
"How do each of the buildings differ from each other"
Or any other sentence you can come up with?

Thanks.
