Diff b/w wish and hope

I want to know clearly about difference between wish and hope. How to use in real world and in the office.

Hello, Narra—and welcome to English Forums. Your question cannot be so neatly answered as you might wish, but 'hope' generally refers to something that has a good chance of happening, and so it uses the indicative mood: I hope I can see you if I come to Mumbai. = I may come to Mumbai sometime.
