Diff between future continuous and future perfect continuous tense?

can someone give me the answer with reference to following example? in my view both sentence seems to be correct

-He will be tired because he will be exercising so hard.

-He will be tired because he will have been exercising so hard.

They are both grammatically correct. However, the following is a more commonly used

The first one- future continous- tells that the action will be process at some time in future.
The second - future perfect continuous- tells that the action will have begun some time before and will be going on.
