Diet sweetened

If something is diet sweetened does it mean it's sweetened with low caloric sugar?

What about "sweetened with ginseng and honey, or peach and raspberry"

--- Is it some extract from ginseng, and honey and peach and raspberry?

Newguest diet sweetened I've never come across that term. It probably refers to a sweetener other than sugar. Sweetened with could include any of your examples, but I don't think there is such a thing as extract of honey.

Honey is a natural sweetener. Fruits are also contain the sugars glucose and fructose.

Artificial sweeteners are chemicals with a molecular structure that makes it taste sweet., but it cannot be broken down into glucose that is energy for the body's cells.
