die of/from/by

Hello there,
Could someone please tell me if any of the following is possible? I know that we use "die of/from cancer...", but what about "die of/from/by drowning, burning..."?
Thank you in advance.

The noun, "death", can take "by" or "from" but not "of":

death by fire

*death of blunt force trauma
