Didn't you like it because

Are these sentences correct:

1) Didn't you like the movie because it was violent or because the acting was bad?
2) Did you not like the movie because it was violent or because the acting was bad?

3) Didn't she go out because it was late or because she was tired?
4) Did she not go out because it was late or because she was tired?

I usually hear 2 and 4, not 1 and 3. But in my experience, many native speakers find such questions a bit confusing. For example, 'yes' is a logically valid answer to #3, but is not what is expected.
