Didn't vs haven't vs. hadn't combined with 'just now'

A. I didn't put the fishes in the oven just now. I did it ten minutes ago.

B. I haven't put the fishes in the oven just now. I did it ten minutes ago.

C. I hadn't put the fishes in the oven just now. I did it ten minutes ago.

D. I hadn't put the fishes in the oven just now. I had done it ten minutes ago.

1. Which verb tense above should go with "just now" to be grammatical? and natural?

2. If all are possible, what is the difference?

Please advise. Thank you.

(A) is the only correct one, but you need "fish" instead of "fishes."

Thanks, khoff, for your helpful response. I see only A is the correct answer noting the correction to 'fishes'.
