Didn't received/receive

Hi, I have a grammar question. When I want to say something on past, I have to say the verb on present? For example, what is correct.

"I did received your message" or "I did receive your message"

It's not "the present". It's called the plain form of the verb. That's the form that is listed in dictionaries.

After do, does, and did, use only the plain form. "did" makes it past.
