Didn't put vs. haven't put - just now

I didn't put the fishes in the oven just now. I did it ten minutes ago.

I haven't put the fishes in the oven just now. I did it ten minutes ago.

Which verb tense above should go with "just now" to be grammatical? and natural?

If both are possible, what is the difference?
Or should I say "hadn't put" with "just now" for the sentence to make sense?

Please advise. Thank you.
