Didn't like it

Which are correct:

1) I didn't like it being treated like a child.

2) I didn't like it, being treated like a child.

3) I didn't like it to be treated like a child.

4) I didn't like it, to be treated like a child.

I suggest: I didn't like being treated like a child. I had difficulty understanding your first example, but the others are possible. If you use a comma, what follows it seems like an afterthought.
