You will hear native speakers say this, and it usually passes in conversation, despite being, in my opinion, somewhat ill-formed. Written down, it looks horrible to me, and there's uncertainty about whether it should be spelled "use" or "used". You can just say "Did you study regularly in high school?"

Another possibility of course is "Used you to study...?" Although this is in my opinion technically correct (in BrE at least), it sounds old-fashioned and/or very formal -- basically unnatural to most people. I wouldn't recommend it.

It's sounds natural to me, but I was taught that it's spelled Did he use to ...?

After drilling students not to write things like Did he walked ...? Did he knew ... ? Did he wanted ...? I can't see Did he used to ... ?
