0 Why can't you say "01i00Did you 01u00made02u00 something02i00?" but has to/must say "01i00Did you 01u00make02u00 something02i00?"? 0-

0It's because once you use "do, does, did" as an auxiliary in a question or in a negative sentence, it has to be followed by the 01b00bare infinitive 02b00(make), not by a past participle (made).0-
