Did you ever have a girlfriend?

Jane: Did you ever have a girlfriend?
Jack: That's not concerning.

Is Jack's line correct? Is the phrase concerning question correct in the context like This is not concerning question, ask something else?

They're OK to me. The first one is in American English and the second one in British English, they're only different ways to say the same thing.

Did you ever have..? AmE

Have you ever had..
