Did that just happen[ed]?

Which is grammatically correct: "Did that just happen? " vs. "Did that just happened?" I believe it's the former, but Google says otherwise.

I got 14 million hits for "Did that just happened?" and only 2 million hits for "Did that just happen?"

Every now and then some foolish phrase gets used over and over, and Google results will reflect that.

Even so, "Did that just happen?" is the correct form.

That’s shocking. I can’t recall ever hearing a native speaker say Did that just happened? Maybe I’m not paying enough attention and the language is in even more danger than I thought.
