As an American English speaker here, I'd say "Did you get the job?" in most situations. You could also say, "Have you gotten the job [yet]?, if there was some expectatoin that they would get the job eventually and they had been waiting for a while to hear about it.

Neither is correct, because "u" is not a word. Also, English sentences need to begin with capital letters. Please make the effort to write correctly when asking for advice about English grammar. It's unreasonable to expect people to know which errors you want corrected and
