The correct word is "done." Amongst younger people it is not uncommon to hear "hair did" in recent years after a song by Missy Elliott in 2002 said "get your hair did." The song was a number one hit in the U.S. and in the top five in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. However, it would be considered urban slang not proper grammar.
