Are these sentences correct:
1) The accident, in the early hours of the morning, did not have any casualties.
Meaning: The accident, which took place in the early hours of the morning, did not have any casualties.

2) The event, in the beginning of the month, did not attract much attention.
Meaning: The event, which took place in the beginning of the month, did not attract much attention.

3) His famous words, shortly before he passed away, will never be forgotten by us.
Meaning: His famous words, uttered shortly before he passed away, will never be forgotten by us.
