Did I write correct essay that relates to thesis?

Hi I'm writing essay for assignment based on novel "and then there were none"
The thesis of this essay is "law does not always serve justice.". So far I just finished paragraph but I wander I did right. Can you check for me please?

There are people who committed the crime but did not any of punishment. They get away from the punishment by using the loophole in the law or play the hypocrite get sympathy from people. The characters from novel “And then there were none” written by Agatha Christie, did not get proper punishment for committing vicious crimes, proving that the law does not always serve justice.

The lack of clue or evidence is one of the reason characters avoid the punishment and Vera Clayton is the best example. Vera encourages Cyril the one of her student with this word, “You can go to the rock, Cyril,” to make him swim to the deepest water and that made the result that drowns him to the death. The cops could not find the evidence of murder so they confirmed as an accident. There are a lot of case even laws could not solve the cases just because not enough evidence. It let readers know that justice cannot be serve if case cannot show the whole picture of it.

If it was not Lawrence Wargrave, the characters in this novel might do not get punishment and hide in the society forever. He was the one who gathered them and killed them one by one. The readers will think Lawrence Wargrave is the agent of justice who punished them because of his job as a judge who serves the law however he never shows justice in the novel. Judge Wargrave was a sadistic man and the reason he set the stage for murdering just for fulfilling the desire for killing. He saw his as the pawns for his perfect art of crime.

The worst parts of characters are they did not accept what they have done. The mysteriously revealed past of victims, but most of them did not accept what they have done. All they were doing were self-justification like what Blore said: “I was only doing my duty.” (Christie 71). People are usually doing not accept their crime. It is not just they afraid what they have done also showing that they think this is just past and forget it like nothing happens. Like Emily Brent, she said herself “There is no question of defense. I have always acted in accordance with the dictates of my conscience. I have nothing with which to reproach myself” (Christie 72)
