I apologize for asking so many questions about punctuation, but I really want to learn it, so I can type flawlessly. Here's an email I sent out today; I hope it is correct.
"Dear Dr Xxxxx,
I have read an article, at www.Telegraph.co.uk, about disc hernia treatments, and your name came up in the article. The patient was very happy with the treatment because you used a "new method" called "Keyhole Spine Surgery". I am contacting you at the behest of my aunt, who is suffering with severe back-pains at present. Please note that I do not actually know if she suffers with "disc herniation", or what the appropriate diagnosis is, as I have non been given the diagnosis from her local hospital. Nevertheless, she is located in Xxxx and would be willing to undergo the surgery in your hospital, in London. I am going to provide you with X-ray pictures, please find attached, of her back, so you can diagnose the problem. I would be most grateful if you could respond to me with diagnosis, treatment and cost.
Sincerely, Xxx Xxxxxxxx"
