Did I delay you?

Hi,

Is it correct to say? ‘Did I delay you for your bus?’

If not, what is the correct way to ask that? I think, a colleague of mine missed her regular bus because of an extra bit of work I asked her to do.

Hi MG

You could say one of these:

- Did I make you miss your bus?
- Did you miss your bus because of me?
- I hope you didn't miss your bus because of me.
