Did I correctly use 'bothered' in this sentence?

None of my classmates seems to be bothered about their projects, requirements, or the examinations that are drawing near.

"bothered" is correct.

"seems ... their" is awkward to my eye. I would prefer to change "seems" to "seem", i.e. treat "None" as plural.

Strictly speaking, I would write "about their projects or requirements, or the examinations that are drawing near" since "their" does not govern the examinations. However, I'm not exactly sure what "requirements" refers to.
