For example, Philosopher and scientists Renee Descartes a rationalist of his time said, “we should doubt what’s not proven,” following with his famous quote “I think therefore I am” this was his philosophy (Sdorow, Rickabaugh, & Betz, 2015 P.2).  and as science continues to intertwine itself. Charles Darwin studying plants and animals through natural selection; why living things behave the way they do; the physiology.

This amounts to three questions.

1. How is philosophy related to psychology?
2. How is physiology related to psychology?
3. What are the major perspectives in psychology?

Your first few sentences are generalizations. They may or may not be relevant to the answer you're supposed to give, but in any case you haven't said clearly what you think the relationship is.

The next part is an overly long example about Descartes, who lived before psychology was even invented, so it seems irrelevant. If you want to relate Descartes' philosophy to psychology, you'll have to state more explicitly how you think those words of his are connected to psychology.

You only use the word 'physiology' once — in a sentence fragment at the end. That's not enough to say that you've fulfilled the assignment and said how physiology is related to psychology.

In general, when you write, try to explain in greater detail how the things you write are related to the question you were asked. Don't assume that the reader knows much about the subject that you're writing about. Pretend you're explaining it to your Aunt Mary, who doesn't know anything about this and needs you to spell it all out so she can understand it.
