Did he wake up late on Wednesday or Thursday?

Last Wednesday, Sammi went to bed after midnight. He woke up late the next morning. Did he wake up late on Wednesday or Thursday? My answer is "He woke up late on Thursday." Am I right?^^ Please reply!

I can't find a grammatical question in your post! If you go to bed after midnight on a Wednesday, say, about one o'clock or so, and wake up the next morning, it's still Wednesday. CB
