Did he not attack you

Can one say
a. He didn't attack you because you are bigger than him or because he wasn't angry?
b. Did he not attack you because you are bigger than him or because he wasn't angry?
c. Didn't he attack you because you are bigger than him or because he wasn't angry?
?

The intended meaning is: Why didn't he attack you? Was it because you are bigger than him or was it because he wasn't angry?
