Did & Does in asking questions!

Hi Everyone,

Could anybody please tell me how to differentiate between the use of "did" and "does" to ask a question, basically when to use each one for asking question e.g.

  • Did he do that to you? and

  • Does he do that to you everyday?
Thanks in anticipation of your response.
