Diary

Hello everyone,

Is the word "diary" used correctly in the following sentences?

1. I forgot to take your diary home.

2. I forgot to take the diary home.

3. I forgot to take home the diary.

Note/ Here, I used the word "diary" as the synonym of "book" in which we write our daily memories. If someone gives me their "diary" so that I will write something in it for them, but I forget to take it home and there I will write something as memory.

Regards,

JA
