Which is it?

1 The right way to measure a screen is at/on the diagonal/diagonally from left bottom corner to right top.

I don't think that "on the daigonal" is at all wrong, but "diagonally from the lower left to the upper right" (or "lower right to upper left" I guess) sounds better to me.
