Hi,

I think both 'devoted' and 'devoting' can be used as adjectives because they are the past participle and present participle.
For example, 'run' is used as a verb in a sentence like 'I was running', and 'run' is used as an adjective in 'running water'.

I know that information but I'm not sure how to explain my original question 'devoted' and 'devoting'.
I though
