Let's say for instance, the NRA in The United States has used the first amendment of the constitution to argue that all Americans should have the right to bear arms, however now after recent developments, such as the children being killed at Sandy Hook elementary school, we could argue that perhaps all Americans shouldn't have the right to bear arms. That development argues that perhaps all Americans should not own firearms.
