Would you please explain me about the terms "determiner/modifier".

1.It is the boys' school.

2.It is a boys' school.

What id diffrence between (1) and (2).

The difference between this too is very simple, in my opinion.

Modifiers are the ones that could not be separated from the nouns they modify. To be very precise, it will not get changed time to time. It will remain permanent with the noun they describe.

For example,

blue shirt, tall boy, grey coat, red ball
