Determiner query

Kulula is an airline with head office situated in Johannesburg.

Does this need a determiner? 'with 'its head office situated...'

How do we know whether or not we require one in such sentences?

Thanks

Yes, you need a determiner. It is a specific part of the business, or a specific building.
