Determine 'if' or Determine 'that'??? HELP!

Are both of these sentences grammar-friendly? Is one preferred over the other??

'This page will help determine if the answer is correct.'

'This page will help determine that the answer is correct.'

Are both of these sentences grammar-friendly? I like this phrase.

'This page will help determine if the answer is correct.' This seems normal and natural.

'This page will help determine that the answer is correct.' This seems a little odd. It's because the word determine normally suggests a process of deciding. On the other hand, 'determine that the answer is correct' suggsts that the writer has already decided that this is the correct answer.
