detailed sentence analysis

I must do a sentence analysis on "Where have all the medical books been put?"
I know it is an interrogative sentence but struggle to find the subject, direct obect etc. and whether "have" is a transtive or a factitive verb. I don't know why I am struggling with this. Thanks!!!

also (sorry).. "What a disaster this is!"
Is "what a disaster" a subject compliment? I am confused with the auxiliary.
it=subject
is=copulative verb
