Hi,

Would you please tell me if I could use "despite the+[any concept similar fact] + that"

eg

Despite the idea that
Despite the view that
Despite the speech that

Would you please, if you do remember, tell me similar thing that I missed in there?
I mean conceptual word that can be us instead of fact in that structure?
And if you could give me a pattern to recognize such words, I would be more grateful.
