Designation?
Hello, I have a question here.
I can't write the sentence here, (I am sorry!) but I was wondering what 'emergency designation' means. It was related to LDRPS(Living Disaster Recovery Planning System).
Then I found this article on google.

Is 'designation' of 'emergency designation' some kind of backup designation? I am not sure. I would be really grateful if you could explain it to me.
