I doubt there is a one-word antonym for "deserve" in most situations. Usually you would negate the verb (e.g. "He doesn't deserve it").

What do you mean by "its noun form"? A word for the act of deserving? A word for something deserved? Something else? Please give an example of a situation in which you would like to use such a word.

There are antonyms for the participles, but not for the verb.

deserved: (un)justified, (un)merited; (un)warranted, (baseless)
deserving - undeserving

There is no direct noun form.

The possibility that first came to my mind was "desert", meaning something deserved, but nowadays it is not really used except in the set phrase "just deserts".

I have got the job because of my qualification. Now is there any way to replace the word "qualification" by "deserve"? So far I have seen "deserve" is always used as a verb or adjective.

Now I if I paraphrase the above sentence it might be like this--

I have got the job because I am well deserved for it. But "deserved" is an adjective.

Then what about this--

Progress- Regress
Proceed- Recede
Accept- Deny

They are all verb and they have antonyms.

This isn't right. You can say "because I deserved it". It doesn't mean exactly the same as "because of my qualification" though.

Nouns "deservedness" and "deservingness" are known, but they are both uncommon, and I would not really recommend using them in your c

No.
A qualification is something that you have - experience, a degree, a talent, a certain body type, etc.

You deserve something because of what you do, or who you are, not so much by what you have.
